In 2011 I made a business plan for a Bio Enterpise in Borana zone that collects and markets the produce of eleven Non Timber Forest Coops. A five years cash flow projection showed that the Enterprise could generate positive results after two years. In this period a Union would have to be created by the 11 coops, which could then be given the full ownership of the Enterprise.
