From 1996 till 2000 I was teamleader of the Fier Agricultural Programme, a bilateral project sponsored by DGIS. With a budget of 3 million USD it had a project staff of 20 locals and 4 expats. Twelve short term international experts added some 30 support missions annually. Its main activities were:
